June 2 to June 4 2022. Long weekend in Italy! they were sold out and completely unprepared!
The air-condition didn't work at all during our stay, it was hot! the evenings were colder but couldn't open the windows because all the mosquitoes got into the room. Beautiful place but badly kept, in need of a good management! The were short of personnel and help but the ones that were working during this time were very accommodating, helpful and went out of their ways to help. Food was nothing to write home about. We eat one night and the rest of the time went to outside restaurants. The wellness center, beautiful facility, unkept, only one person working there, this lady was amazing! She was the only one that did, receptionist, massaging face treatments and everything else!

lovely Hotel in a very quiet and beautiful area. we got upgraded into a room with a balcony overlooking the thermal pool. the room was large for italian standards, modern and very inviting.
we did not pay for the Spa area, which includes the use of the thermal pool, sauna and everything else they offer; the regular pool next to the apartments was free to use.
breakfast during covid times was an adapted buffet style, you tell/show the staff members what you would like and they hand it to you. knowing the Italians and their love of sweets for breakfast they offered plenty. you get the usual ham, cheese and eggs as well, coffee was great and made to order.
